Job Description
About the Volunteer role
This is an ideal opportunity to gain experience in Human Resource Information Systems and exposure of working in a not for profit Christian Aid organisation. This role will assist in transferring all data from one HRIS system to Employment Hero a new system. These activities will provide exposure on compliance, the type of records kept by HR/People and Culture and establishing a HR System to reflect business practices. There may also be the opportunity to review and update policies and procedures, researching best practice as you undertake this. This role will be needed as soon as possible until September so this is a short term commitment - that will look great on your CV.

Currently studying Human resources with an interest in gaining experience
Confidence in systems and data
Attention to detail and data orientated
Interested in policy and current practices in HR
Able to work from North Ryde office

Desirable knowledge Skills and Experience
Some administrative experience would be ideal
experience working in an office would be an advantage
