Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic volunteer with a keen eye for detail, to assist Baptist World Aid's Supporter Engagement team with key administrative tasks. You will manage and audit CRM records for accuracy and consistency, ensuring data integrity to support high-quality engagement. Whether you simply wat to be generous with your time and talents or are looking to gain valuabe work experience the not-for-profit sector, this volunteer opportunity is for you!

You’ll be working with a dynamic Supporter Engagement Team, review and verify new supporter records entered into the CRM system and maintain data accuracy. In this role, you’ll be the essential "guardian" of the database, ensuring every supporter, church, and organisation record is accurate, deduplicated, and up to date. By identifying gaps and performing regular audits, you provide the solid foundation the team needs to build meaningful relationships and deliver high-quality care.
