Job Description
About the role
This role sits at the heart of our Regular Giving Team and plays a vital part in strengthening relationships between our supporters and the children they sponsor. Reporting to the Regular Giving Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for delivering key communications that enhance the Child Sponsorship experience and improve donor retention—ensuring our supporters feel informed, appreciated, and inspired by the difference they’re making.
A core focus of the role is overseeing the end-to-end process of Child Sponsorship Letter Writing, facilitating heartfelt exchanges between Sponsors and the children they support. You’ll also lead the coordination and delivery of Annual Progress Reports, which provide Sponsors with tangible updates on the growth and development of the children and communities they support.
In addition to these core responsibilities, this role offers the exciting opportunity to coordinate special projects that enhance the supporter experience and contribute to innovation within the Regular Giving space. These projects may vary throughout the year, giving you the chance to collaborate across teams, bring fresh ideas to life, and make a meaningful impact beyond day-to-day operations
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys managing processes, and is motivated by purpose-driven work. You'll coordinate a small group of committed volunteers and collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including our passionate Partner Staff overseas to ensure timely, accurate, and engaging communications are delivered throughout the year.
